If a match is cancelled or suspended before its scheduled completion, all bets on that match will generally be voided and stakes refunded in full. However, if a sufficient portion of the match has been completed, settlement may be based on the official result.

• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used for deposits.
• If KYC verification is not completed at the time of withdrawal, your payment may be put on hold.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Members may also request account closure at any time. Self-exclusion requests will take effect within 24 hours. Any available balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed.
